How many guests can you host?
From intimate weddings to about 200 guests for dinner. The Atrium House seats about 200 guests for dinner, and up to 60 guests can stay overnight on site in our 10 houses.
How much does a wedding at Ik & Lo Resort cost?
Weekday weddings from $17k · Weekends from $25k. Weekday pricing needs checkout by Friday; a Friday wedding with checkout on Saturday or Sunday is weekend pricing. Final pricing depends on your date and plans.
What is included, and what is extra?
The weekend includes all ten houses for two nights, Friday to Sunday, sleeping up to 60 guests, your ceremony outdoors on the grounds and the Atrium House for dinner and the reception, with no forced vendor list. Tables and chairs are extra: chairs $13 each, tables $15 each. Linens, napkins, dinnerware, drinkware and flatware are not provided; they come from your caterer or a rental company.
Where do guests stay?
On site. Ten houses, from the Main House to cozy cottages, sleep up to 60 overnight guests across 23 bedrooms, all a short walk from the celebration.
Where is the ceremony, and where is the reception?
Ceremonies are held outdoors on the grounds. Dinner and the reception are in the Atrium House, our new 40 × 80 ft event space.
What happens if it rains?
The Atrium House is the rain plan. If the weather turns, the ceremony moves inside, under cover. You also have full flexibility to use it for a welcome dinner or Sunday brunch.
Can we bring our own caterer and vendors? Who handles breakdown?
Yes. There is no forced vendor list: bring your own planner, caterer, florist, photographer, entertainment and officiant. For breakdown, we take down only the tables and chairs we rent out; your vendors take down their own items.

Yes. You have full flexibility to plan the weekend however you want, including a welcome dinner and a Sunday brunch on site with your own caterer.
Can our guests meet the animals?
Yes. Visiting the baby goat pasture and the bunny area, petting and egg collecting are free. Animal feed is sold for $5 a pack. Meeting Teddy the highland cow and our horses is a paid private animal experience.
