Coming May 2027
The Atrium House
From May 2027, the Atrium House is our event space for celebrations on private resort stays. It is not lodging; everyone sleeps in the 10 houses. Until then, gatherings use the houses and outdoor spaces.

Lawns, a pergola and the fire pit
The kids have open lawns across 30 acres to run on, long tables under the pergola are there for family meals, and the fire pit is there for the evenings. From May 2027, the Atrium House adds an event space for the big celebrations.

The whole resort is yours: 10 houses, one for each branch of the family, so the cousins play together and every family still gets a door to close.

What animals live on the farm?
Teddy the highland cow, our horses Ellie and Freddy, a crew of baby goats, our bunnies and a flock of happy hens.
Can our family meet the animals?
Yes, and for many families it is the part of the reunion everyone remembers. The baby goats, the bunnies and the hens are part of everyday life on the farm, the morning egg run becomes a family ritual, and a private animal experience with our caretaker brings everyone up close to Teddy, Ellie and Freddy.
How many people can stay for a family reunion?
Up to 60 overnight guests across 10 houses with 23 bedrooms, so every branch of the family gets its own door to close.
Is Ik & Lo Resort good for kids under 10?
Yes. Families with kids ages 1 to 10 are who we built this for: open lawns, a working farm full of friendly animals, and 10 private houses instead of hotel rooms.
How much does a family reunion at Ik & Lo Resort cost?

Yes. Bring your own caterer and vendors, and gather for big shared meals on the lawn or the porch.
